dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem územního plánování a pozemkových úprav na úrovni dokumentací územního plánu a plánu společných zařízení. Tomu předcházela rešerše a analýza dostupných podkladů a studium projektových dokumentací plánu společných zařízení a územního plánu vybrané lokality obec Rapšach. Cílem této práce je tedy objasnit problémový vztah územního plánování a pozemkových úprav a na základě těchto poznatků vytvořit návrh změn v procesu přejímání plánu společných zařízení do územního plánu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the relationship between spatial planning and land consolidation at the level of documentation the zoning plan and the plan of joint facilities. It was preceded by research and analysis of available documents and the study of the project documentation of the zoning plan and the plan of joint facilities of chosen location the Rapšach municipality. The aim of this work is therefore to clarify the problematic relationship of spatial planning and land consolidation and on the basis of this knowledge to create a proposal for changes in the process of adoption of the plan of joint facilities in the zoning plan.en
