dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá legislativním procesem v České republice, Evropské unii a ve Spojených státech Amerických. Práce je rozdělena do pěti hlavních kapitol. V první kapitole je vysvětlen systém právních norem v České republice a základní znaky právních norem. Druhá kapitola se zabývá legislativním procesem v České republice. Jeho právní regulací, základními orgány činnými v tomto procesu a vysvětlením průběhu samotného procesu. Třetí kapitola pojednává o Evropské unii. Popisuje jednotlivé orgány Evropské unie a vysvětluje průběh legislativního procesu před a po přijetí Lisabonské smlouvy. Čtvrtá kapitola pojednává o jazyce UML a přibližuje jeho strukturu a použití. V závěrečné páté kapitole je stručně zmíněn legislativní proces ve Spojených státech Amerických.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis final thesis deals with the legislative process in the Czech Republic, the European Union and the United States of America. The work is divided into five main chapters. The first chapter explains the system of legal standards in the Czech Republic and the basic features of legal norms. The second chapter deals with the legislative process in the Czech Republic. Its legal regulation, law enforcement agencies is essential in this process and explains the process itself. The third chapter deals with the European Union, describing the various European Union institutions and explaining the legislative process before and after the adoption of the Lisbon Treaty. The fourth chapter deals with the UML and closely examines its structure and use. In the final fifth chapter the legislative process in the United States of America is briefly mentioned.en
