dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na stanovení nástrojů controllingu ve společnosti IMONT spol. s r.o. V první části práce je tato společnost nejprve stručně představena, je vymezen obor jejího podnikání a její organizační struktura. Následně je vypracována strategická analýza společnosti za využití PESTLE analýzy, Porterovy analýzy a analýzy vnitřního prostředí. Dále je také analyzován současný stav a efektivita controllingových a řídících procesů a firemní reporting. Ve třetí kapitole je na základě dříve provedených analýz navržen plán strategického rozvoje společnosti, je definována vize a strategické cíle ve střednědobém a krátkodobém horizontu. Poslední část práce se zabývá stanovením controllingových postupů a indikátorů ve společnosti a návrhem strukturovaného reportingu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented thesis is focused on determination of controlling tools in the company IMONT spol. s r.o. In the first part of the thesis, this company is briefly introduced and its business and organizational structure defined. Consequently, a strategic analysis of the company is elaborated using PESTLE analysis, Porter analysis and analysis of internal environment. Furthermore, the current status and effectiveness of controlling and managing processes and corporate reporting ale analyzed. In the third chapter a plan of strategic development of the company based on previously performed analysis is proposed and the vision and strategic objectives are defined in the medium and the short term. The last part of thesis deals with the determination of controlling procedures and indicators in the company with a proposal of structured reporting.en
