dc.description.abstractCílem práce je popsat financování nemocnic ve smyslu úhradových vyhlášek, které vydává každý rok Ministerstvo zdravotnictví České republiky. V teoretické části jsou popsána specifika trhu zdravotnických služeb a podmínky fungování nemocnic na tomto trhu. Dále práce pojednává o systémech financování, které mohou zdravotní pojišťovny v České republice zvolit pro výpočty úhrad za zdravotní péči v nemocnicích. V praktické části jsou vysvětleny části úhradových vyhlášek pro roky 2010, 2011 a 2012, které se týkají služeb poskytvatelů ústavní péče a jejich dopady na úhrady za zdravotní péči v Karlovarské krajské nemocnici a. s. . Na konkrétních datech nemocnice v Karlových Varech je analyzován stupeň vyplnění očekávaných dopadů systému DRG na strukturu a dobu trvání hospitalizačních případů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the thesis is to describe the financing of hospitals in terms of the reimbursement regulations issued by Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic every year. The theoretical part delineates the specifics of the health service market and the conditions for the functioning of hospitals in this market. The thesis further describes the systems of financing that health insurance companies in the Czech Republic can choose for their hospital health care reimbursement calculations. The practical part explains those parts of the reimbursement regulations valid for 2010, 2011 and 2012 which concern institutional health care providers and also their impact on the health care reimbursements in the Karlovy Vary regional hospital (Karlovarská krajská nemocnice a.s.). Based on concrete data of the Karlovy Vary hospital, the degree of fulfilment of the expected impacts of the DRG system on the structure and duration of hospitalizations is analysed.en
