dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce s názvem "Účetní a daňové aspekty církevní instituce" se zabývá neziskovým sektorem a neziskovými organizacemi, konkrétně církvemi a náboženskými společnostmi. Cílem práce je vymezit a charakterizovat účetní a daňové aspekty na příkladu vybraného subjektu, kterým je Římskokatolická farnost v Chebu. V prvních kapitolách je obecné teoretické vymezení neziskových organizací se zaměřením na církve a náboženské společnosti. Je zde popsáno legislativní prostředí, možnosti financování, účetní a daňové aspekty, které se těchto subjektů dotýkají. Poté následuje další část práce, praktická část, kde je nejprve představen vybraný subjekt. Dále je zde analyzováno účtování a daňová problematika farnosti Cheb. Na závěr jsou předložena doporučení a návrhy na zlepšení aktuální situace ve dvou výše uvedených oblastech, daně a účetnictví.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis named Accounting and Tax aspects of church institutions focuses on non-profit sector and non-profit organisations, specifically churches and religious companies. The goal of this thesis is to define and characterize accounting and tax aspects on the example of selected subject, Roman Catholic parish in Cheb. First few chapters define and lay theoretical ground for non-profit church and/or religion focused organisations. The chapters also describe legislative processes, financing possibilities, and accounting and tax aspects, which directly or indirectly affect such non-profit subjects. After the theoretical preface follows the practical part. It begins with introduction of the chosen non-profit subject. The practical part then moves onto breaking down the specifics of accounting and taxing domain of the parish in Cheb. The conclusion contains recommendations and ideas for improvements in defined areas, taxes and accounting.en
