dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení ekonomické situace vybraného podniku a následný návrh na její zlepšení. V první kapitole je představen podnik Transforwarding a.s., na který je později finanční analýza aplikována. Ve druhé kapitole je charakterizována finanční analýza včetně jejich uživatelů a zdrojů informací. Největší část této kapitoly je věnována metodám finanční analýzy, především uvedení do problematiky poměrových ukazatelů. V další kapitole je provedena ekonomická analýza podniku Transforwarding a.s. za období 2006 - 2010. Pro účely této práce jsou použity jen vybrané ukazatele. Na základě výsledků finanční analýzy je ve čtvrté části práce zhodnocena celková finanční situace podniku. V závěrečné kapitole je pak nastíněno několik návrhů, které by měly přispět ke zlepšení současné ekonomické situace podniku Transforwarding a.s.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is aimed at the analysis of the economic situation of a certain company and at suggesting a suitable proposal for its improvement. In the first part, the company Transforwarding a.s. is introduced, on which the financial analysis will be applied. In the second part, the financial analysis itself is characterised, including its users and sources of information. The main part of this thesis is devoted to the various methods of financial analysis, especially to the issues of financial ratios .Then, the economic analysis of the company Transforwarding a.s. (for the period 2006 - 2010) is accomplished. For the purposes of this thesis, there are only certain, suitable indicators used. On the basis of the results of financial analysis, the total financial situation of the company is evaluated. In conclusion, there are some suggestions, which should contribute to the improvemnet of the current economic situation of the company Transforwarding a.s.en
