| dc.description.abstract | V tomto textu se zaměřuji na proces národní očisty v poválečném obdo bí. Popisuji její průběh a jednotlivá provinění vycházející z malého dekretu. Přibližuji situaci v tabákové továrně ve městě Písek a rekonstruuji některé kau zy, tak jak bylo možné je vyčíst z archivních materiálů. Čtenáři si mohou udělat představu o chování zaměstnanců v době okupace a na pěti vybraných přípa dech nahlédnout do protektorátní každodennosti. Uvádím nejčastější obvinění, poměr pohlaví i počet odsouzených a osvobozených osob z tabákové továrny. Vliv na časově omezený proces mohl mít pracovní status zaměstnance. V sou boru případů z tabákové továrny se nedořešené případy týkaly pouze osob penzionovaných. Tyto kauzy nestihla trestní komise rozhodnout a po skončení očisty byly převedeny na řádné soudy. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | In this text, I focused on the process of national cleansing in the postwar period. I describe its course and the individual offenses based on the small decree. The goal of this article is to describe the situation in the tobacco factory in the city of Písek and reconstruct some of the cases, as they could be restore from archive files. Readers can thus get an idea of the behavior of the employees during the occupation and thus get an insight into the protectorate’s everyday life through five selected cases. I listed the most common charges, the gender ratio, and the number of convicted and acquitted persons from the tobacco factory. The work status of the employee may have influenced the timelimited process. In the set of cases from the tobacco factory, the unresolved cases concerned only retired persons. The retribution’s committees did not have time to decided these cases, and after the end of the purge, they were transferred to regular courts. | en |
