dc.description.abstractPráce pojednává o historickém ukotvení institutu územní samosprávy a také stručně o jeho vývoji. Je analyzováno, jak je strukturována územní samospráva v České republice a je vysvětlen rozdíl mezi samostatnou a přenesenou působností. Práce popisuje důvod potřeby správy cizího majetku a jeho požadovanou kvalitu a pečlivost. V závěru je práce věnována rozboru skutkové podstaty trestných činů úředníků územních samosprávných celků, které jsou páchány při správě majetku územních samosprávných celků.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma discusses the historical anchoring of the institute of territorial self-government and also briefly about its development. It is analyzed how territorial self-government is structured in the Czech Republic and the difference between independent and transferred powers is explained. This diploma describes the reason for the need for asset management and its required quality and diligence. In conclusion, the article is devoted to the analysis of the facts of the criminal acts of officials in territorial self-governing units, which are committed during the administration of the property of territorial self-governing units.en
