dc.description.abstractHlavni naplni teto diplomove prace je zhodnoceni dosavadni komunikacni praxe ve vybrane spolecnosti a stanoveni navrhu na pripadna zlepseni. Prace je rozdelena do tri zasadnich casti. V prvni casti je podrobne charakterizovan zkoumany podnik na zaklade strategicke analyzy. V druhe casti je kratce popsana teorie komunikace a jsou stanoveny hlavni pozadavky na komunikacni procesy ve spolecnosti. V posledni treti casti je pak charakterizovana komunikacni praxe spolecnosti rozdelena do nekolika oblasti. Autor prace nakonec navrhnul vylepseni techto vybranych oblasti komunikace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main goal of this thesis is to evaluate existing communication practices in the selected company and determine proposals for possible improvements. The work is divided into three major components. In the first, there is detailed strategic analysis study of the selected company. The second section briefly describes the theory of communication and sets out the main requirements for the communication processes in the company. The third and last part is then describing the current practice of communication society divided into several areas. The author of the thesis finally suggested improvements to these selected areas of communication.en
