dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce shrnuje problematiku výživy a nutriční podpory u seniorů v Domově pro seniory svatého Jiří a svatého Aloise. Je zde kladen důraz na problematiku vztahu stáří a malnutrice. Ve výzkumné části práce je hodnocena efektivita nutričních intervencí a důležitost samotného sledování nastavených parametrů. Výsledkem zkoumání je tvrzení o stanovených hypotézách a vznik standardu podávání nutriční péče přímo pro domovy pro seniory, ve kterých probíhalo longitudinální šetření.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis summarizes the problems of the nutrition and nutritional support of the elderly in St. George and St. Alois´s Home for the Elderly. There is emphasis on the issue of the relationship of age and malnutrition. The effectiveness of nutritional interventions and the importance of monitoring the actual parameters are evaluated in the research part of the thesis. The result is examining allegations of defined hypotheses and the emergence of standard nutritional care administration directly to homes for the elderly, which took place in a longitudinal investigation.en
