| dc.description.abstract | Anotace Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nápojovou gastronomií a zpracováním její multimediální učebnice. Je to první multimediální učebnice, která se tímto tématem zabývá. Rád bych v této práci poukázal na historii gastronomie, vznik a vývoj multimediální techniky a také této učebnice samotné. Cílem práce je věnovat učitelům středních hotelových škol do rukou zpracované materiály, které budou studenty bavit. Tímto stylem, včetně všech fotografií a videa, je učebnice zpracována. Je určena všem lidem, kteří mají chuť se dále vzdělávat ? ať to jsou studenti nebo pracovníci v pohostinství. | cs |
