| dc.description.abstract | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu současného postavení absolventů škol na pracovním trhu v České republice. Jsou diskutovány jejich přednosti a bariéry zaměstnávání, vývoj nezaměstnanosti a programy podporující začlenění této skupiny na trh práce. Praktická část zahrnuje výzkum, který se skládá z dotazníkového šetření u dvou skupin respondentů. První skupinu, u nichž jsou zjišťována očekávání od pracovního trhu, představují studenti ekonomických oborů středních škol Karlovarského kraje. Druhou skupinu respondentů představují zaměstnavatelé daného regionu, u kterých jsou analyzovány požadavky na absolventy. Cílem práce je provést komparaci zjištěných dat a nalézt tak základní disproporce mezi očekáváním studentů od pracovního trhu a požadavky zaměstnavatelů na absolventy. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the actual status of graduates in the labour market. In this work are discussed their strengths and barriers to employment, unemployment and development programs to support the inclusion of this group in the labour market. The practical part includes research, consisting of a questionnaire survey of two groups of respondents. The first group, which is detected by the expectations of the labour market, are students of secondary economic schools within Karlovy Vary Region. The second group of respondents represent the employers of the region, they are analyzed with requirements for graduates. The main goal of this work is to compare the analyzed data and so find the basic imbalance between the expectations of students from the labour market and the demands of employers on graduates. | en |
