dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá neziskovým sektorem. Teoretická část charakterizuje jeho specifické atributy a informuje o typech neziskových organizací v České republice. Zaměřuje se též na principy financování neziskových organizací a fundraising. V praktické části je zpracována analýza nákladů a výnosů organizace Motýl, z.ú. Analýza je završena vyhodnocením ukazatele autarkie. Cílem této bakalářské práce je optimalizace financování zvolené neziskové organizace a nalezení nových zdrojů jejího financování. Poslední kapitola praktické části prezentuje projekt Design Market, který se věnuje diverzifikaci příjmů organizace. Projekt představuje řešení, jehož prostřednictvím by mohlo dojít k navýšení zdrojů samofinancování, a tím zároveň i k posílení stability organizace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the non-profit sector. The theoretical part defines its specific attributes and informs about types of non-profit organisations in the Czech Republic. It also focuses on the financial principles of non-profit organisations and fundraising. The practical part of the thesis analyses the costs and revenues of the "Motýl, z.ú." organisation. The end of the analysis deals with the evaluation of the independence of the organisation. The goal of this thesis is the improvement of the financial solutions of chosen non-profit organisation and finding new resources of its financing. Last chapter of the practical part presents the project "Design Market". It concentrates on the diversification of incomes of the organisation. The project introduces solution for increasing financial resources, thus strengthening the stability of the "Motýl, z.ú." organisation.en
