| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřena na výzkum webových stránek pomocí testování oční kamerou a klasickým uživatelským testováním. Hlavním cílem této práce je výzkum webových stránek těmito metodami, porovnání těchto dvou metod a vytvoření návrhů na zefektivnění webových stránek. Metodami výzkumu je samotný experiment a dále zúčastněné pozorování výzkumníka, dotazování v podobě standardizovaného dotazníku SUPR-Q a polostrukturovaný rozhovor. V diplomové práci je zpracován teoretický vstup, který souvisí s tématem testování webových stránek. Zabývá se marketingovým výzkumem, klasickým uživatelským testováním, testováním pomocí oční kamery a webovými stránkami jako takovými. Tyto poznatky jsou porovnány s empirickou částí diplomové práce. Praktická část obsahuje informace o webových stránkách podrobených k výzkumu, samotný návrh, realizaci, analýzu a zhodnocení výzkumu, porovnání použitých metod, porovnání s dřívějším výzkumem, následně opatření, která poslouží k zefektivnění webových stránek a finanční návrh testování. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The presented work is focused on the websites research using eye tracking testing and classical user testing. The main goal of this work is to research websites by these methods, compare these two methods and make suggestions for streamlining the websites. The research methods are the experiment and further participant observation of the researcher, questioning in the form of a standardized SUPR-Q questionnaire and a semi-structured interview. The diploma thesis deals with a theoretical input related to the topic of website testing. It is focused on marketing research, classic user testing, eye tracking testing and websites as such. These findings are compared with the empirical part of the thesis. The practical part contains information about websites submitted for research, the design, implementation, analysis and evaluation of research, comparison of used methods, comparison with previous research, followed by measures that will serve to streamline the websites and financial design of testing. | en |
