dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou fungování zaměstnaneckých benefitů v podnikové praxi České republiky. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vysvětlení pojmů týkající se řízení lidských zdrojů. Mezi tyto pojmy patří motivace, angažovanost, stimulace a ovlivňování spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Dále je provedena charakteristika a klasifikace zaměstnaneckých benefitů a jejich systémů. V praktické části je zpracováno a vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření a pomocí statistických metod zjištění závislosti mezi využíváním konkrétních nefinančních benefitů a pohlavím respondentů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis analyses how employee benefits are used in company practice in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part focuses on explaining terminology related to human resource management. These terms include motivation, engagement, stimulating and employee satisfaction. Furthermore, this part contains a description and classification of employee benefits and their systems. In the practical part, a questionnaire survey is evaluated, and statistical methods are used to find out whether there is a dependence of the use of specific non-financial benefits and the respondents' sex.en
