dc.description.abstractV teoretické části bakalářské práce se budu zabývat hlavními činnostmi personálního oddělení. Zabývat se budu vymezením základních pojmů a poté hlavními perosnálními činnostmi každého perosnálního oddělení. Svou praktickou část rozdělím na celkem tři podkapitoly. První z ní bude věnována struktuře Magistrátu města Chomutova, ve druhé se budu věnovat přímo personálnímu oddělení zmíněného magistrátu a v poslední části se budu zabývat konkrétní činností a tou bude přijímání zaměstnanců podle personalistů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn the theoretical part of the thesis I will deal with the main activities of the personnel department. I will deal with defining the basic concepts and then with the main perennial activities of each perennial department. I will divide my practical part into three subchapters. The first one will be devoted to the structure of the Chomutov Municipality, the second will be devoted to the Human Resources Department of the said municipality and in the last part I will deal with the specific activity and this will be the recruitment of employees according to HR managers.en
