dc.description.abstractTématem práce je komunikace v projektovém týmu. Cílem práce je analyzovat komunikaci ve vybraném projektovém týmu společnosti Unicorn a.s. a v případě nalezených nedostatků navrhnout vhodná opatření na jejich zlepšení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy z oblasti projektového managementu a sociální a projektové komunikace. Na začátku praktické části je blíže charakterizována společnost Unicorn a.s. Následuje charakteristika projektové organizace ve společnosti společně s představením vybraného projektu. V tomto projektu byla provedena analýza komunikace prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru s projektovým manažerem. V závěru práce jsou na základě výsledků této analýzy uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení komunikace v projektovém týmu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this bachelor thesis is communication within the project team. The goal of this thesis is to analyze the communication in a chosen project team in the company Unicorn a.s. and to suggest appropriate improves in case of any drawbacks found. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, there are desribed basic concepts from project management and social and project communication. In the beggining of the practical part, there is the company Unicorn a.s. characterized in more detail followed by the characteristics of the company's project organisation and presentation of the chosen project. The analysis of the communication within the project team has been conducted in this project through a questionnaire survey and an interview with the project manager. In the end of this thesis, there are suggestions for improvement of the communication within the project team based on the analysis.en
