| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá problematikou recidivy, a to nejen z hlediska platné právní úpravy a jejich historických souvislostí. Srovnáva pro doplnění tuzemskou právní úpravu s legislativou sousedního Slovenska a Polska a doplňuje i neprávní pohledy na recidivu, jak jsou prezentovány v kriminologii a penologii. Vedle problematiky recidivy se práce krátce zmiňuje rovněž o osobnosti recidivisty, prevenci a příčinách recidivy. Závěr práce představují úvahy de lege ferenda, ve kterých se autor kloní k přijetí modifikované Slovenske úpravy postihu recidivy. | cs |

Comparing domestic legislation with the legislation of neighboring Slovakia and Poland and is supplemented by non-legal perspectives on recidivism, as presented in criminology and penology. Besides the issue of recidivism, the work also briefly mentions about offenders personality, prevention and causes of recidivism. End of this work involves considerations de lege ferenda, in which the author favors the adoption of modified Slovak legislation for recidivism. | en |
