dc.description.abstractAutor v první kapitole svého článku mapuje vývoj trvalého diakonátu od apoštolských dob diferencovaně ve východních církvích a v církvi západní. Exkurs se zabývá otázkou jáhenek v katolické církvi. Druhá kapitola, věnovaná platnému kanonickému právu, nejprve uvádí hlavní prameny platné právní úpravy trvalého diakonátu a následně podává kategorizaci instituce jáhenství i přehled právních podmínek k jeho přijetí. Konečně třetí kapitola se zabývá otázkami právního i faktického postavení manželky ženatého jáhna a problémům, které z takové jáhenské služby mohou pro ni i pro její rodinu vyvstat.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn the fi rst chapter of his article, the author maps the development of the permanent diaconate since the apostolic times diff erently in the Eastern Churches and in the Western Church. The excursion deals with the issue of female deacons in the Catholic Church. The second chapter, devoted to canon law in force, fi rst lists the main sources of the current regulation of the permanent diaconate and then provides a categorization of the institution of the diaconate and an overview of the legal conditions for its acceptance. Finally, the third chapter deals with the legal and factual status of the wife of a married deacon and the problems that may arise from such a deacon’s service for her and her family.en
