dc.description.abstractCílem této práce je zanalyzovat a charakterizovat znalosti a postoje Čechů - gymnazistů vůči muslimskému světu a jeho kultuře. Teoretická část práce přináší informace především z oblasti psychologie a sociologie týkající se postojů, předsudků či stereotypů. Dále jsou v této části uvedeny informace z již provedených výzkumů na obdobné téma a definice fenoménu islamofobie. Tato část je uzavřena kapitolou zabývající se specifiky adolescence. Praktická část se skládá z kvantitativního výzkumného šetření provedeného na účelovém vzorku populace českých gymnazistů. Výsledky výzkumného šetření přináší vhled do vnímání muslimů českými gymnazisty a zhodnocení jejich znalostí týkajících se islámu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this work is to analyze and characterize the knowledge and attitudes of Czechs secondary grammar school students to the Muslim world and its culture. The theoretical part provides information mainly from the fields of psychology and sociology, this information relates to attitudes, prejudices and stereotypes. Furthermore, this section contains information from previously conducted research on a similar topic and definition of the phenomenon of Islamophobia. This part is concluded by a chapter dealing with the specifics of adolescence. The practical part consists of a quantitative research conducted on an purpose built sample of the population of Czech secondary grammar school students. Results of the research provides insight into the Czech secondary grammar school students perception of Muslims and evaluation of their knowledge regarding Islam.en
