dc.description.abstractTato předkládaná diplomová práce slouží k implementaci teoretických poznatků a metod strategického managementu na podnik Cyklo Vondráček s. r. o. Práce začíná teoretickým výkladem pojmů strategie, strategické řízení, fáze strategického managementu, analýza prostředí podniku, proces tvorby scénářů, metody pro tvorbu strategie, proces tvorby strategických variant, výběr optimální varianty strategie a korekce strategických východisek. Práce pokračuje empirickou částí, kde dochází k aplikaci těchto metod pro zmíněnou společnost na základě jejichž výsledků je vybrána varianta strategie s akčním a finančním plánem, která umožňuje určit znění strategických cílů vybraného podniku. V závěru práce autor doporučuje společnosti s ručeným omezením Cyklo Vondráček aplikovat, z analýz a metod, vhodnou variantu strategie, navrhne nové znění strategických cílů a poskytne krátké doporučení pro zajištění efektivity do následujících let.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis master's thesis serves to implement the theoretical knowledge and methods of strategic management to the company Cyklo Vondráček s. r. o. The thesis begins with a theoretical interpretation of the concepts of strategy, strategic management, strategic management phases, analysis of the company's environment, the process of creating scenarios, methods for creating strategy, the process of creating strategic options, the selection of the optimal variant of strategy and correction of strategic assumptions. The thesis continues with the empirical part, where the application of these methods to the mentioned company occurs, based on the results of which a strategy variant with an action and financial plan is selected, which allows to determine the wording of the strategic objectives of the selected company. At the end of the thesis the author recommends to the limited liability company Cyklo Vondráček to apply, from the analyses and methods, a suitable variant of the strategy, proposes a new wording of the strategic objectives and provides short recommendations to ensure efficiency in the following years.en
