| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním zahraničního obchodu. Práce je zaměřena především na vývozní obchodní operace, analýzu zahraničních trhů a identifikaci rizik a přínosů spojených s exportem výrobků do zahraničí. V práci jsou popsány způsoby hodnocení trhů i faktory prostředí, kterými se analýza zabývá. Součástí práce je také návrh metodiky hodnocení trhů, který je následně aplikován pro potřeby vybrané výrobní společnosti. Tato společnost je v následující části práce stručně představena a pomocí SWOT analýzy je provedeno hodnocení jejího současného exportního potenciálu. Hlavní částí práce je návrh scoring modelu, který bude pomocí přehledných tabulek a předem zvolených kritérií sloužit pro hodnocení exportních příležitostí společnosti. Sestavená metodika je následně aplikována na tři vybrané zahraniční trhy. Na základě analýzou získaných výsledků autorka provede výběr cílového trhu, vhodného pro export výrobků. V závěru práce bude pomocí marketingového mixu vypracován návrh exportních příležitostí cílového trhu. Práce by měla zvolené společnosti pomoci učinit rozhodnutí, na jaký zahraniční trh expandovat. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This Master Thesis examines the foreign trade. This thesis is mainly focused on export business operations, analysis of foreign markets and identifying the risks and advantages associated with export of company´s products. In this thesis are described the methods of evaluation of markets and existing factors, which influence the analysis. Part of this thesis includes design of evaluation methodology for evaluation of markets, which is subsequently applied to the specific needs of the particular manufacturing company. This company is briefly introduced in the following part of this thesis and an assessment of the current export potential is done using the SWOT analysis. The main part of this thesis is the design of a scoring model, which will, through tables and preselected criteria, be used for evaluation of export opportunities of this company. The developed scoring model is then applied to three selected foreign markets. Based on the analysis of the results, the author makes a selection of the target market, which is suitable for export of the company's products. In the conclusion of this thesis, a draft of export opportunities on the selected market will be outlined, using the marketing mix. This thesis should help the company choose, which foreign market is the most suitable for its expansion. | en |
