dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je motivace zaměstnanců v organizaci AAH Czech, s.r.o. Cílem této práce je popsat a vyhodnotit motivaci zaměstnanců v této společnosti a navrhnout opatření, která by vedla k jejímu zlepšení. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje a vymezuje pojem motivace a další základní pojmy týkající se motivace. Dále se věnuje teoriím motivace, pracovní spokojenosti, výkonnosti. Také popisuje pojem motivační program V praktické části je představena společnost AAH Czech, s.r.o., jsou zde uvedeny její základní údaje. Dále je představeno produktové portfolio, popsána technologie výroby a struktura společnosti. Praktická část také obsahuje dotazníkové šetření a v jejím závěru jsou navrženy opatření, které by měly vést ke zlepšení motivace zaměstnanců.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this bachelor thesis is the motivation of employees in the organization AAH Czech, s.r.o. The aim of this work is to describe and evaluate the motivation of the employees in this company and to propose measures that would lead to its improvement. The thesis is divided into two parts, part theoretical and part practical. The theoretical part describes and defines the concept of motivation and other basic concepts related to motivation. It also deals with theories of motivation, job satisfaction, performance. It also describes the concept of motivation program The practical part introduces the company AAH Czech, s.r.o., its basic data are presented here. In addition, it presents product portfolio, the production technology and the structure of the company. The practical part also includes a questionnaire survey and, in the end of this part are proposed measures improve employee motivation.en
