| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu prostředí firmy, v tomto případě příspěvkové organizace Kulturní zařízení Kadaň, v období neočekávaných změn - příchodem celosvětové krize v souvislosti s onemocněním covid-19. Analýza prostředí vede k identifikaci změn, zejména k postoji managementu a změně jejího marketingu vůči svým zákazníkům. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje rozdíl pojmu podnik, jeho cíle a činnosti a pojmu příspěvková organizace, její zřízení, činnosti a financování. Dále se zabývá okolím podniku, potažmo okolím příspěvkové organizace, a také popisem onemocnění covid-19 s dopadem na dotyčné. Poznatky byly čerpány z odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů. Praktická část byla vypracována pomocí kombinace kvalitativní a kvantitativní metody výzkumu. Jednalo se o nestrukturované rozhovory se zaměstnanci a ředitelkou organizace a obdržení interních dokumentů příspěvkové organizace. Ze syntézy získaných dat bylo v závěru práce navrženo doporučení postupu, jakým způsobem by měla analyzovaná příspěvková organizace na neočekávanou změnu reagovat. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the environment of the firm, in this case the contributory organization Kulturní zařízení Kadaň, in the period of unexpected changes - the arrival of the global crisis in connection with the disease covid-19. The analysis of the environment leads to the identification of changes, especially to the attitude of management and the change of its marketing towards its customers. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the difference between the concept of enterprise, its objectives and activities and the concept of contributory organization, its establishment, activities and financing. Furthermore, it deals with the environment of the enterprise, hence the environment of the contributory organization, and also a description of the covid-19 disease with its impact on the concerned. The knowledge has been drawn from professional literature and internet sources. The practical part was developed using a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods. This involved unstructured interviews with staff and the director of the organisation and receipt of internal documents of the contributory organisation. From the synthesis of the data obtained, the thesis concluded with a recommendation of a course of action on how the analysed contributory organisation should respond to the unexpected change. | en |
