dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se soustředí na koncepci ušlechtilého divocha a její proměny v diachronní perspektivě od 16. do 18. století. Zmíněny budou nejznámější filosofické koncepty a přístupy, které se na formování této koncepce podílely (Montaigne, Rousseau, Voltaire). Větší část mé práce se bude věnovat objevu Nového světa a zprosředkovaným prvním zprávám (Kryštof Kolumbus, Amerigo Vespucci), které pomohly k formování obecného názoru veřejnosti na nově objevené země. Cílem této práce je poukázat na značný vliv koncepce ušlechtilého divocha, která se promítla do různých historických období a filosofických úvah a stala se nejen nástrojem kritiky společnosti, ale i touženým ideálním stavem společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMy bachelor thesis is mainly concerned about the Myth of the Noble Savage and its Changes in 16th - 18th century. In first section is described generally accepted definition of the Noble Savage and his characteristic. Next part is focused on the discovery of the New World and first references about these lands, which were written by Christopher Columbus and Amerigo Vespucci. Further, there will be described most known philosophical conceptions, which are somehow bound with the Myth of the Noble Savage (for example Montaigne, Rousseau, Voltaire). Aim of this bachelor thesis is to show how important was discovery of the New World for philosophers and thinker 16. - 18. century, particularly for the Myth itself and show how much this Myth affected different beliefs in different historical periods.en
