Exprese jako subjektivní prožitek světa IV − Maurice Vlaminck a Béla Bartók

Abstract

V poslední studii cyklu HUDBA A OBRAZ ročníku 2024 jsme zaměřili pozornost na dvojici autorů, skladatele Bélu Bartóka a malíře Maurice Vlamincka. Jedním z klíčových problémů je rozpor mezi periodizací výtvarného umění a a hudby na přelomu 19. a 20. století. Konkrétně fauvismus v malířství nemá paralelu v periodizaci hudby. Cílem studie bylo dokázat, že i v hudbě existují obdobné tendence. Tento záměr je řešený v komparaci nejen výše uvedené hlavní dvojice, ale i ve srovnání malíře Henriho Matisse a skladatele Igora Stravinského. Tato závěrečná studie tak znovu potvrdila oprávněnost hypotézy, že lineární systém -ismů je v koherentním přístupu jako současném metodologickém trendu zavádějící.

In the last study of the series MUSIC AND IMAGE of the 2024 edition, we focused on a pair of artists, the composer Béla Bartók and the painter Maurice Vlaminck. One of the key issues is the contradiction between the periodization of visual art and music at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Specifically, Fauvism in painting has no parallel in the periodization of music. The aim of the study was to prove that there are similar tendencies in music. This aim is addressed in the comparison not only of the main pair mentioned above, but also in the comparison of the painter Henri Matisse and the composer Igor Stravinsky. This final study thus reaffirms the validity of the hypothesis that the linear system of -isms is misleading in the coherent approach as a current methodological trend.
