dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na projektový management. Tématem práce je Plán projektu a návrhy na jeho zefektivnění. Cílem této práce je popsat současné plány projektu a navrhnout opatření pro jejich zefektivnění. Konkrétním projektem v této práci je Výstavba nového parkoviště pro zaměstnance firmy Pfeifer Holz s.r.o. v Chanovicích. Práce je dělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy související s tématem práce. V praktické části je představena společnost, projekt, cíl a přínos projektu. Dále jsou popsány současné plány projektu. V další kapitole jsou navržena opatření pro zvýšení efektivnosti plánu. Hlavním přínosem této práce je zpracování chybějící dokumentů, které se využívají v projektovém řízení. Tyto dokumenty mohou být následně využity při realizaci tohoto projektu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on project management. The topic of the thesis is Project plan and proposals to increase its efficiency. The aim of this thesis is to describe the current project plans and to suggest measures to make them more effective. The specific project in this thesis is the Construction of a new parking lot for the employees of Pfeifer Holz s.r.o. in Chanovice. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to the topic of the thesis. In the practical part, the company, the project, the goal and benefits of the project are presented. Furthermore, the current plans of the project are described. In the next section, measures are proposed to increase the effectiveness of the plan. The main benefit of this thesis is the elaboration of the missing documents that are used in project management. These documents can be used in the implementation of this project.en
