Abstract
Kapitola je zaměřena na princip majority v odborovém sdružování. Věnuje se právní úpravě jak z historické perspektivy, tak z hlediska aktuálně projednávané novely zákoníku práce. Autor předkládá vlastní úvahy de lege ferenda, která argumentačně podkládá.
The chapter is focused on the majority principle in trade unions association. It deals with legal regulation both from a historical perspective and from the point of view of the currently discussed amendment to the Labor Code. The author presents his own considerations of de lege ferenda, which he supports argumentatively.
