| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na analýzu implementace moderních trendů v projektově řízených organizacích. Práce je složena ze dvou hlavních částí, které obsahují čtyři větší kapitoly. V teoretické části je na začátku popsaný obecný management a pojmy spojené s ním. Dále jsou zde definovány pojmy související s projektovým management a v neposlední řade jsou podrobně rozebrány zvolené trendy. V praktické části je vytvořeno dotazníkové šetření, pomocí kterého jsou dále analyzovány zvolené trendy, jenž organizace využívají. Cílem tohoto šetření bylo zjistit úroveň implementace zvolených moderních trendů, analýza výsledků ukázala že organizace nevyužívají trendy, které jim mohou pomoci v oblasti strategického plánování. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the implementation of modern trends in project - driven organizations. The thesis consists of two main parts, which contains four larger chapters. The theoretical part initially describes the management in general and concepts associated with it. Furthermore, the terms related to project management are defined here and, last but not least, the selected trends are analyzed in detail. In the practical part, a questionnaire survey is created, which is used to further analyze of the selected trends that the organization uses. The aim of this survey was to determine the level of implementation of selected modern trends.
