dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a simulací vybraného procesu v podniku Kdynium a. s. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány základní pojmy, které souvisí s řešenou problematikou. V praktické části je nejdříve představena společnost, následně je popsán a vymodelován vybraný proces včetně dílčích procesů. Dále je provedena simulace, která slouží k ověření efektivity procesu. Na základě výsledků simulace jsou navrženy změny vedoucí ke snížení celkové doby zpracování vybraného procesu a zvýšení počtu vyřešených výstupů procesu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis is focused on analysis and simulation of the chosen process in Kdynium a. s. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part are characterized by basic concepts that are related to the issue. In the practical part is first introduced the company and then the chosen process, including partial processes, is described and modelled. Simulation is being performed after that to verify effectivity of process. Based on the results of the simulation, changes leading to a reduction in the overall processing time of the selected process and an increase in the number of solved process outputs are being made.en
