dc.description.abstractTéma práce se zabývá studiem betulinu obsaženého v březové kůře a na ní parazitujících houbách, především rezavce šikmého a troudnatce kopytovitého. Na počátku práce se výzkum zabývá TLC extraktů ze zakoupeného čaje "Čaga fytočaj", který je složen z rezavce šikmého. Následně se práce zabývá TLC ethanolického a vodného extraktu rezavce šikmého a následnou izolací betulinu z ethanolického extraktu. Poslední část experimentální části je věnována TLC ethanolického extraktu troudnatce kopytovitého. Didaktická část této práce zkoumá začlenění chromatografie do výuky chemie na ZŠ a SŠ. Dále tato práce navrhuje jednoduchá laboratorní cvičení k tématu chromatografie. Poslední část je věnována dotazníkovému šetření o výuce chromatografie na středních školách v Karlovarském kraji.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of the thesis deals with the study of betulin contained in birch bark and the fungi that parasitize it, especially chaga and tinder fungus. At the beginning of the work, the research deals with TLC extracts from the purchased tea "Chaga phytochai", which is composed of chaga. Subsequently, the work deals with the TLC of the ethanolic and aqueous extract of chaga and the subsequent isolation of betulin from the ethanolic extract. The last part of the experimental part is dedicated to TLC of the ethanolic extract of tinder fungus. The didactic part of this thesis examines the inclusion of chromatography in the teaching of chemistry at primary and secondary schools. Furthermore, this thesis proposes simple laboratory exercises on the subject of chromatography. The last part is devoted to a questionnaire survey on the teaching of chromatography in secondary schools in the Karlovy Vary Region.en
