dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou střelných zbraní a jejich dopadem na společnost. Zároveň se ale zabývá i společnost ovlivňujícími faktory, které se na rozdílných územích můžou lišit od maličkostí až po diametrální rozdíly s ohledem na vnímání střelných zbraní. Dále se práce krátce zaměřuje na historii tří základních typů střelných zbraní podle české legislativy. Na konec se v teoretické části se poté zabývá detailněji právě českou legislativou v tématu střelných zbraní a zbrojních průkazů. Pro praktickou část slouží dotazníkové šetření, které je zaměřené na českou společnost a její mínění v tématu střelných zbraní a zbrojních průkazů v České republice. V první části se zabývá právě zbrojními průkazy a jejich případnými regulacemi a v části druhé poté střelnými zbraněmi v ohledu bezpečnosti a regulací.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of firearms and their impact on society. It also examines the factors influencing society, which can vary from minor details to drastic differences in the perception of firearms in different territories. Furthermore, the thesis briefly focuses on the history of three basic types of firearms according to Czech legislation. Towards the end of the theoretical part, it delves into Czech legislation on firearms and firearm licenses in more detail. For the practical part, a questionnaire survey is used, which focuses on Czech society and its opinions on firearms and firearm licenses in the Czech Republic. The first part deals with firearm licenses and their potential regulations, while the second part addresses firearms in terms of safety and potential regulations.en
