dc.description.abstractZabezpečovací detence je ochranné opatření určené pro pachatele závažné trestné činnosti představující pro společnost vysoké nebezpečí. Účel zabezpečovací detence klade důraz primárně na ochranu společnosti. Při ukládání zabezpečovací detence je třeba mít na paměti, že se jedná o ultima ratio trestněprávních sankcí. Součástí platné právní úpravy se stala od 1. 1. 2009. Od 1. 1. 2012 nabyla účinnosti novela, která upouští od některých přísných kritérií pro ukládání zabezpečovací detence.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedSecurity detention is an institute, which became part of the effective legislation of the Czech Republic on 1 January 2009. The aim of the new security detention legislation was to introduce the protective measures that are currently missing, into our legal system. To gain an idea of this new legal institute, it was necessary to compile information and the experience of international arrangements, where this type of measure has been applied for years.en
