| dc.description.abstract | Cílem práce je zmapovat informovanost a výskyt mobbingu ve vybraných firmách Plzeňského kraje. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů agrese, šikana a mobbing. Přičemž velký důraz je tu kladen na aktéry těchto negativních jevů, tedy na pachatele a oběti.Samostatnou kapitolou práce je problematika sexuálního obtěžování v České republice jako jedna z forem mobbingu. Tato kapitola popsuje nejnovější výzkumy a poznatky z této oblasti u nás. Součástí teoretické části je také přehledová studie, kde je popsán počátek výzkumu mobbingu a jeho vývoj. Dále jsou tu jmenováni odborníci, specializující se na tuto problematiku. Druhá část je částí praktickou, kde je popsán zrealizovaný výzkum. Výzkum se opírá o dvě základní metody. První je metoda kvantitativního šetření, konkrétně dotazník. Druhou metodou je rozhovor, tedy kvalitativní šetření. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this thesis's work is to chart awareness and instances of mobbing in chosen companies from Plzeň region. The work is split into two parts, theoretical and practical. The first one explains the terms agression, bullying and mobbing, with special consideration for the latter one. This part especially concentrates on actors in this negative events, victims and perpetrators both. How to defend from mobbing and succesful prevention is another detailed section of this part and sexual harrasment as form of mobbing has its own chapter, which describes the newest information about this issue from Czech republic. Last section of theoretical part is review, which describes the start of mobbing research and its progression until now. The practical part describes realised research, which is based on two fundamental methods: quantative research, specifically questionnaire, and qualitative, interview. | en |
