dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na přehazovanou, díky které by si žáci 1. stupně ZŠ osvojili základy volejbalu. Práce obsahuje popis přehazované a její základní pravidla. Největší část je věnována jednotlivým herním činnostem jednotlivce, kde se detailně zabývám jejich popisem, upozorňuji na základní chyby, na jejich odstranění a popisuji vhodná průpravná cvičení. Dále pak ve své diplomové práci popisuji kerní kombinace a systém hry. Součástí diplomové práce je DVD. Videoprogram obsahuje podrobný popis přehazované, jednotlivých herních činností jednotlivce, herních kombinací a systému hry. Tato práce a DVD má sloužit učitelům a jejich žákům jako pomůcka pro nácvik minivolejbalu prostřednictvím průpravné hry přehazované.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is focused on description of the kids volleyball thanks to which children in lower grades of elementary schools should be able to learn basics of volleyball. The thesis contains description of the kids volleyball and its basic rules. The main part of the thesis concerns on specific game situations where I analyse them in detail, then I draw attention to the usual mistakes and advise how to remove them and finally I also describe a few training activities. In my thesis I also describe game variations and system of the game. An instructional DVD is a part of the thesis. The video guide contains detailed description of the kid's volleyball, individual drills, various game situations and the game system itself. The thesis and the DVD should serve teachers and their students as an aid tool to embrace the basis of volleyball thanks to its simplified version - the kids volleyball.en
