dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá rolí daní a poplatků v rozpočtech obcí a jaký mají vliv na hospodaření obcí. V teoretické části je definován pojem obec a její charakteristika. Dále jsou popsány kompetence obce na základě rozdělení do dvou skupin. Následně je blíže specifikován rozpočet obce a proces jeho tvorby. V neposlední řadě je popsáno hospodaření obcí a jednotlivé indikátory hodnotící hospodaření obce. Cílem teoretické části a je analýza především daňových příjmů a místních poplatků a vyhodnocení jejich vlivu na hospodaření zvolených obcí. K dosažení zvoleného cíle je využito průzkumu IS Monitor a rozhovorů se zástupci zvolených obcí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the role of taxes and fees in municipal budgets and their impact on municipal management. The theoretical part defines the term municipality and its characteristics. Furthermore, the competencies of a municipality are described based on the division into two groups. Subsequently, the municipal budget and the process of its creation are specified in more detail. Finally, the management of municipalities and individual indicators evaluating the management of municipalities are described. The aim of the theoretical part is primarily to analyze tax revenues and local fees and evaluate their impact on the management of selected municipalities. To achieve the chosen goal, the IS Monitor survey and interviews with representatives of selected municipalities are used.en
