dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce je zaměřena na jednu z méně probádaných částí Toyota production system (TPS), kterou je nástroj Plan for every part (PFEP). První část práce je věnována představení spolupracujícího subjektu, jeho historie a oblasti podnikání. Druhá část zasazuje PFEP do kontextu historie TPS a popisuje navrhovanou strukturu nástroje. Třetí část je věnována postupu implementace nástroje PFEP. Poslední část práce se poté věnuje simulaci zavedení nástroje a ekonomickému zhodnocení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis master's thesis is focused on one of the less explored parts of the Toyota production system (TPS), specifically the Plan for every part (PFEP). The first part is devoted to the introduction of the cooperating firm, its history and its field of business. The second part puts PFEP in the context of TPS history and describes the proposed structure of the tool. The third part is devoted to the process of implementation of the PFEP tool. The last part of the work is then focused on the simulation which deals with the effects of implementation of the tool and lastly a final economic evaluation is performed.en
