dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá specifickou profesní přípravou studentů oboru Diplomovaný zubní technik. Cílem práce je objasnění požadavků, jež vznikají v průběhu studia na vyšší odborné zdravotnické škole a hlavně její zaměření na speciální kompetence požadované trhem práce. V teoretické části se soustřeďuje na odborné a didakticko pedagogické aspekty přípravy diplomovaných zubních techniků. Praktickou část tvoří průzkum uplatnění absolventů oboru, jednak z pohledu jich samotných, tak i z pohledu jejich školitelů, budoucích zaměstnavatelů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the specifics of the professional preparation of graduate student of dental techniques. The aim of the thesis is to show requirements which rise along studies on higher special medical school and mainly her sight on special competencies required by employment market. In the theoretical part focusing on special and didactical pedagogic aspects preparing of qualified dentists. The practical part consists of a survey of graduates in the field, both from the view of themselves and also from the perspective of thein travers, future employers.en
