dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce pojednává o české a mezinárodní právní úpravě sportovních spolků a kde takovou úpravu lze nalézt. Zabývá se členstvím ve sportovních asociacích a rozebírá práva a povinnosti, jež jsou s s členstvím spojeny; Jak členství vzniká a jak může zaniknout. Popisuje orgány sportovních spolků a rozděluje je na orgány ze zákona povinné a orgány dobrovolné. Ve druhé části práce představuje konkrétní sportovní spolky v podobě Fotbalové asociace České republiky, UEFA a FIFA. Na těchto případech se zároveń snaží poukázat, jak se právní úprava z první části odráží v praxi konkrétních sportovních asociací. Hlavním cílem práce je popsat sportovní spolky, jejich subjekty a fungování těchto spolků.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedDiploma thesis Subjects of sports associations deals with Czech and international legal regulation of the associations; where we can find the sources of law. It also covers the membership in these associations; rights and duties, which are part of the membership; how membership arise and how can come to an end. It describes organs of the sports associations and which of these organs are mandatory and which are voluntary. The specific sports associations are introduced in the final chapter of this diploma thesis. These sports associations are Football association of the Czech Republic, Union of European Football Associations and Fédération Internationale of Football Association. I am trying to show how regulations from the first chapters are used on these specific sports associations. The main objective of the thesis is to describe sports associations and their subjects and how these sports associations work.en
