| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem této práce je zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investice, která přímo souvisí s pracovní náplní autora. Shrnuje základní teoretické poznatky související s problematikou hodnocení investic a investičním rozhodováním, popisuje jednotlivé fáze investičního procesu a moderní metody užívané k analýze efektivnosti investic. V praktické části se zabývá investičním projektem v reálné firmě, aplikací teoretických poznatků, na jejichž základě formuluje závěrečné zhodnocení jeho ekonomické efektivnosti a doporučení pro budoucí investiční rozhodování firmy. | cs |
