dc.description.abstractTéma mé diplomové práce je "Účastníci řízení". Tato práce specifikuje účastníky řízení jako subjekty civilního procesu, kteří se domáhají svých práv a povinnosti. Představuji nezbytnou součást soudního řízení. Tato práce specifikuje, kdo může být a kdo je nositelem práv a povinností. Vymezuje, kdo je způsobily samostatně vystupovat a jednat před soudem. Zbylé kapitoly se zabývají hlavní a vedlejší intervencí, jejich definováním a hlavním rozdíly. Dále se v práci vymezuje pojem přistoupení, záměna a procesní nástupnictví. Cílem práce bylo definovat účastníky řízení. Jsou hlavním pilířem soudních řízení. Bez účastníků řízení by neexistovalo soudní řízení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this thesis is "The Participants of a proceeding". This thesis specifies the participants of a proceeding as subjects of the civil procedure who claim their rights and obligations. They constitute a necessary part of the court proceedings. This thesis specifies who can be and who is the holder of the rights and duties. There are defined who is eligible for acting independently before the court. The remaining chapters deal with major and minor interventions, their definition and the main differences. Further the thesis circumscribes the term of an accession, a substitution and the process of succession. The aim of the thesis was to define the participant of the proceeding. They are the main subject of the judicial proceedings. Without the participants there would likely be no court procedure at all.en
