| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce pojednává o velmi aktuálním a dynamickém tématu agenturního zaměstnávání. Vzhledem k jeho rozmanitosti se práce soustředí na komplexní pojetí celého institutu a zejména na charakteristiku a vytyčení základních pilířů. Práce se zaměřuje na stávající právní úpravu a její aplikační problémy v praxi. V práci jsou zároveň nastíněna úskalí, která institut agenturního zaměstnávání nezřídka skýtá. Doplňují je vlastní úvahy autora. Vzhledem k vývojovému mládí celého institutu je čtenáři poskytnut určitý prostor pro utvoření vlastního názoru na danou problematiku | cs |
