dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou personálních činností v podniku. Cílem je ukázat jejich význam pro chod celého podniku. Teoretická část objasní význam důležitých pojmů z oblasti personálních činností. Všechny informace a poznatky byly čerpány na základě uvedené bibliografie. Praktická část popisuje reálné personální procesy ve společnosti GZ Digital Media, a. s.. První kapitola práce se zaměřuje na charakterizování podniku, jeho vnějšího i vnitřního okolí. Další kapitola je věnována analýze současných personálních procesů v GZ. Ve třetí kapitole jsou shrnuty a zhodnoceny nedostatky těchto procesů a navrhnuta opatření pro jejich eliminaci či alespoň redukci. V závěru práce jsou shrnuta navrhnutá opatření a vyčísleny předpokládané náklady na realizaci těchto opatření.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with personnel activities in a company. The aim is to show their importance for the functioning of the whole enterprise. The theoretical part explains the meaning of important concepts in the field of human resources activities. All the information and knowledge were drawn based on the bibliography. The practical part describes real human resources processes in the company GZ Digital Media. The first chapter focuses on the characterization of the company, its external and internal environment. The second chapter is devoted to analysis of current human resources processes in GZ. In the third chapter are summarized and assessed deficiencies of these processes and measures designed to eliminate or at least their reduction. The conclusion summarizes the proposed measures and calculated the estimated cost of implementing these measures.en
