dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení efektivnosti nákupních a prodejních procesů ve vybrané společnosti, která se zabývá strojírenskou výrobou. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část, které na sebe navazují. První kapitola obsahuje informace o vybrané společnosti, její historii, výrobním programu a finanční analýzu včetně porovnání výsledků hospodaření společnosti. V dalších kapitolách této práce je charakterizován nákup a prodej na základě odborné literatury a současně nákup a prodej ve vybrané společnosti. Součástí je provedený nákupní a prodejní audit. Další kapitola je věnována analýze nákupních a prodejních procesů. Obě tyto oblasti jsou popsány na základě jejich silných a slabých stránek. V poslední části práce jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effectivity of buying and selling processes in a chosen company focused on mechanical production. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a related practical part. The first chapter presents the information concerning the chosen company, its history, production programme and financial analysis, including the comparison and contrast of the company's economic results. The following chapters of the thesis are focused on the characterization of purchase and sale according to secondary literature and simultaneously describe the purchase and sale in the chosen company. The buy-sell audit is included as well. The next chapter is devoted to the analysis of buying and selling processes. Both of these areas are described with regard to their strengths and weaknesses. The last part of the thesis offers some suggestions for the improvement.en
