dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá daňovými a účetními specifiky jednotlivých právních forem podnikání v ČR. Při zpracování daného téma bylo nutné vzít v úvahu tři oblasti: podnikání a jeho právní formy, účetnictví a daně. Každá z uvedených oblastí je regulována řadou právních předpisů. Protože největší rozdíly je možné nalézt mezi podmínkami pro podnikání fyzických a právnických osob, byla každá z těchto kategorií popsána z hlediska účetních a daňových specifik samostatně. Formulace specifik a jejich následná komparace byla doplněna modelovými příklady, příklady účtování jednotlivých účetních případů a doporučením pro volbu právní formy podnikání.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the tax and accounting specifics of individual legal forms of business in the Czech Republic. In processing the topic, it was necessary to take into account three areas: business and its legal forms, accounting and taxes. Each of these areas is regulated by a number of pieces of legislation. As the biggest differences can be found between the business conditions of natural and legal persons, each of these categories was described in terms of accounting and tax specifics separately. The formulation of specifics and their subsequent comparison was supplemented by model examples, examples of accounting for individual accounting cases and recommendations for the choice of legal form of business.en
