dc.description.abstractTéma této kvalifikační práce je management znalostí v organizaci. Konkrétněji se zabývá aktuálním stavem řízení znalostí ve vybrané organizaci. Vytvořena byla za účelem zhodnocení úrovně managementu znalostí v organizaci a následnému návrhu na zlepšení. K řešení této problematiky byly využity kvantitativní i kvalitativní výzkumné přístupy, a to dotazníkové šetření, rozhovor a znalostní audit, které se opíraly o teoretická východiska zpracovaná v prvních částech práce. Po analýze výstupů všech výzkumných metod byl předložen návrh na zlepšení stavu řízení znalostí v organizaci. Ten by měl sloužit hlavně jako impuls pro vedení organizace k zavedení či vylepšení prvků znalostního managementu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this thesis is knowledge management in the organisation. More specifically, it focuses on the current state of knowledge management in a selected organization. The thesis was created with the aim of evaluating the level of knowledge management within the organization and proposing improvements. To address this issue, both quantitative and qualitative research approaches were used, namely a questionnaire survey, interview, and a knowledge audit, all of which were based on the theoretical framework presented in the initial sections of the thesis. After analysing the results of all research methods, a proposal was submitted to improve the state of knowledge management in the organization. This proposal should serve primarily as an incentive for the organization's leadership to implement or enhance elements of knowledge management.en
