| dc.description.abstract | Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou malých a středních podniků v České republice se zaměřením na jejich založení a financování. Teoretická část definuje malé a střední podniky, vymezuje jednotlivé právní formy podnikání a možnosti financování podniků. Analyzuje vývoj malých a středních podniků a hrubého domácího produktu v České republice v letech 2005-2017 a tyto dvě veličiny komparuje. Dále popisuje uživatele finanční analýzy a zdroje dat a informací. V praktické části představuje společnost International Ice Hockey Agency Surpass, s. r. o., vyhodnocuje možnosti financování na zvoleném projektu na základě finanční analýzy společnosti provedené v pětiletém období. Finanční analýza zahrnuje vybrané absolutní, rozdílové a poměrové ukazatele, analýzu cash flow a vybraný bankrotní a bonitní model. Praktická část je zakončena závěry a doporučeními pro zvolený podnik. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis looks at the small and medium-sized enterprises in the Czech Republic and focuses on their establishment and financing. The theoretical part defines small and medium-sized enterprises, defines the various legal forms of enterprise and possibilities of financing. It analyses the development of the number of small and medium-sized enterprises and gross domestic product in the Czech Republic in 2005-2017 and compares these two variables. Furthermore, it describes users of financial analysis and data information sources. The practical part introduces the enterprise called the International Ice Hockey Agency Surpass s. r. o. and evaluates the possibilities of financing of the chosen project based on the enterprise´s financial analysis conducted over a five-year period. Financial analysis includes selected absolute, differential and ratio indicators and selected bankruptcy and creditworthiness model. The practical part ends up with conclusions and recommendations for the chosen enterprise. | en |
