dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na projekt implementace strategického plánu organizace OK Záchlumí, a.s., která se zabývá kovovýrobou. Práce je zpracována tak, že se teoretické a praktické části prolínají v logických souvislostech. V úvodu je představena společnost a jsou definována strategická východiska. Dále je zpracována analýza prostředí a je formulován strategický plán pro roky 2016 - 2019. Pro toto období je vytvořen finanční plán výkaz zisku a ztrát, rozvaha a Cash Flow. Následuje část, která je zaměřena na analýzu rizik, analýzu citlivosti a scénáře. Poslední částí práce je controlling a vyhodnocení strategického plánu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is focused on Project of Implementation of Strategic Programme of Organization OK Záchlumí, a.s., which is producing metal parts. In this thesis are intertwined theoretical to the practical part in a logical context. In the beginning is introduction of the company and formulation of the strategic plan for the years 2017 2019. For the strategic plan is created financial plan, which consist from profit and loss account, balance sheet and Cash Flow. The next part contains risk analysis and creation of risk scenarios. At the end are defined steps of controlling and strategic plan evaluation metrics.en
