| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem okolí na Hospic svatého Lazara v Plzni. Jelikož se jedná o neziskovou organizaci, je potřeba k analýzám přistupovat z jiného úhlu. V první, teoretické části autorka představuje neziskový sektor v České republice a nastiňuje specifika finančního a marketingového řízení neziskové organizace. V praktické části následuje charakteristika Hospice svatého Lazara a jeho organizační struktury. Cílem práce je analyzovat okolí organizace a na základě jejich vyhodnocení konkrétních analýz z nich vyvodit možné návrhy ke zlepšení. Nejprve je provedena finanční analýza podniku. Následuje PEST analýza zkoumající vnější okolí podniku. V následující kapitole je vypracována SWOT analýza. V poslední části autorka práce doporučuje několik opatření, které zlepší konkurenceschopnost podniku. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis deals with the influence of the environment on the St Lazar Hospice in Pilsen. Since this hospice is a non-profit organisation it is necessary to approach analyses from a different perspective. In the theoretical part the author defines the non-profit sector in the Czech Republic and outlines the specifics of financial and marketing management within non-profit organisations. In the practical part the characteristics of the hospice's organisational structure follows. The objective of the thesis is to carry out the analyses of the environment of the organisation, to evaluate the results of those analyses and deduce suggestions for future improvements. Firstly, the financial analysis of the hospice is carried out. Secondly, the PEST and the SWOT analyses are carried out. Finally, the author recommends several measures that will improve the competitiveness of the hospice. | en |
