dc.description.abstractDisertační práce reflektuje myšlení Nelsona Goodmana v kontextu filozofie vědy a soustředí se zejména na uplatnění pluralismu, umírněného konstruktivismu a irealismu jakožto obecných principů metodologie vědy. Cílem práce je ukázat, jak Goodmanova pluralistická filozofie umožňuje využít potenciálu mnohých rozmanitých disciplín a teorií, přičemž zohledňuje jak vědecké, tak i nevědecké poznání, ale nepodléhá kritické skepsi ani bezbřehému relativismu. Goodmanovy myšlenky jsou dále interpretovány jako argumenty na podporu vědeckého pluralismu, který je v rámci práce považován za nejefektivnější způsob rozvoje vědy s ohledem na co nejširší poznání a hloubku pochopení skutečnosti. Práce se navíc pokouší modifikovat pluralisticko-konstruktivistickou koncepci vědy tak, aby byla v souladu s běžně přijímaným vědeckým realismem.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe dissertation reflects the thinking of Nelson Goodman in the context of philosophy of science and focuses mainly on the application of pluralism, moderate constructivism and unrealism as general principles of science methodology. The aim of this work is to show how Goodman's pluralistic philosophy makes it possible to use the potential of many diverse disciplines and theories, taking into account both scientific and unscientific knowledge, but is not subject to critical skepticism or boundless relativism. Goodman's ideas are further interpreted as arguments in support of scientific pluralism, which is considered in the work to be the most effective way to develop science with regard to the widest possible knowledge and depth of understanding of reality. In addition, the work attempts to modify the pluralistic-constructivist conception of science so that it is in line with commonly accepted scientific realism.en
